Jaran R. Blessing
Jaran grew up in San Diego, California, and received his B.A. in history from University of California, at Santa Barbara. He received his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. Jaran focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, business planning, estate administration and trust administration. Jaran has worked at a number of estate planning firms in New Hampshire, prior to joining the Runyon Law Office.
Jaran is active in the legal community, and is a member of the NH Estate Planning Council, and the NH Bar Association.
Jaran currently serves as the President of the Concord Food Co-op Board of Directors, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Concord Winter Farmers’ Market. He has a passion for local food and agriculture, and works to support local farmers in whatever ways he can. He is always willing to lend an ear to a farmer in need, and to think of creative solutions to problems that may arise. He believes that creating a healthy and whole society starts with supporting and serving the people who work tirelessly to produce our food.
Jaran lives with his wife, Jacqueline, and two young children. When not working or spending time with his family, Jaran can usually be found with his nose in a pile of old books.
